If there was a section for label condition, I'd give it a G+; there appears to be water staining on side 2. For the media, VG+ because there is some faint smudging. The bottom half of both covers of the sleeve (where the canned peaches are) seems to have been through water as well, which fits the art disquietingly well. Aside from that and a corner cut atop the spine, a shiny VG+. The custom brown+white-patterned CTI inner sleeve is in good shape.
